Facility Policies
Vehicles
§1. Road Laws & Penalties
A. All personnel require an active license issued by the Ethics Committee to drive any vehicle not already provided by their department team.

B. Civil personnel must not drive any vehicle they did not spawn.

C. All personnel must operate vehicles in a safe, controlled manner.

D. All personnel must obey traffic signs, signals, and gates.

E. All vehicles must not obstruct any entrances, exits, checkpoints, or other access points, except by combatives with reason.

F. All personnel must move and stop for all emergency vehicles using their lights and/or sirens.

G. All personnel must obey valid orders from combative and enforcement personnel.

H. Emergency lights and sirens must only be used for an official reason in response to an incident within the driver's responsibilities.

I. All vehicles in use must remain on roadways and other areas intended for them, except for combative vehicles with reason.

J. Civil personnel must park their vehicles in designated parking and obey any reserved parking signs.

J. The Military Police may pull over all personnel for violation of any road laws, or to apprehend personnel for other criminal acts.
K. All road laws may be ignored reasonably for personnel escaping an emergency or responding to one that applies to their duties until such an emergency is no longer a threat.
§2. License Points
A. Points are issued to your license as a penalty for traffic violations by the Military Police and Ethics Committee.
B. Supplemental penalties may be issued as a result of point accumulation:
5 points: One week license suspension.
10 points: Mandatory vehicle re-training for license to be revalidated.
15 points: Two week license suspension.
20 points: Four week license suspension.
25 points: Mandatory vehicle re-training and four week license suspension.
30 points: Permanent license revocation.
C. Unless your license has been revoked, 10 points are subtracted from your record after 30 days of no violations.
