§1. Introductory Provisions
A. The Site Locations chapter governs all Foundation-wide site access regulations.
B. Civil personnel must not enter any cavern or cave system under any circumstance.
C. Enforcement personnel may enter restricted areas for the sole purpose of apprehending and removing trespassers when combatives are not already doing so, and must immediately vacate the area upon doing so.
§2. Civil Sector
Hamilton Office Complex contains the:
Medical Wing
Scientific Wing
Chemical Laboratory
Cleanrooms

Medical Wing
Located on the second floor.
A. All personnel may enter the first accessible room of the Medical Wing. Unless authorized to enter by a department member for an official purpose, all rooms past this lobby are restricted to the Medical Department. You must remain with the department member who authorized your entry.

Scientific Wing
Located to the right of the Hamilton Office Complex entrance.
A. All personnel may enter the first accessible room of the Scientific Wing. Unless authorized to enter by a department member for an official purpose, all rooms past this lobby are restricted to the Scientific Department. You must remain with the department member who authorized your entry.
Cleanrooms
Located to the left of the Scientific Wing entrance.
A. Civil personnel are not permitted to enter the area past the metal detectors before the Cleanrooms entrance and the airlock control room without a combative escort.
B. Scientific Department Junior Command and above may enter the cleanrooms during normal protocol. Escorts are required for all other personnel entering for official purposes.
C. All personnel must obey orders from combative personnel while in the Cleanrooms.
D. Only combative personnel may enter the testing/containment chambers and item containment.
JFK Administrative Complex contains the:
Military Police Wing
Courtroom
Administrative Wing
Assembly Floor
Ethics Wing
External Affairs Wing
Internal Security Wing & Control Room
Crisis Command Center

Military Police Wing
Located directly ahead of the Administrative Complex entrance.
A. Only Military Police personnel may enter the MP Wing.
B. Combative and enforcement personnel may enter for official purposes.

Courtroom
Located down the right hallway of the Administrative Complex.
A. When out of session, the courtroom is accessible to all personnel.
B. When court is in session, all personnel who enter must be disarmed, and remain quiet within the general gallery; the seating area behind the bar.
C. During a hearing, anyone may be removed, or entry may be barred entirely at the presiding judge's discretion.

Administrative Wing
Located down the left hallway of the Administrative Complex.
A. The general area of the Administrative Wing is accessible to all personnel.
Assembly Floor
A. The Assembly Floor is for use by the Administrative Department and O5 Council. It is accessible to all personnel when not in use.
B. When in session, only the O5 Council and Administrative Department are permitted on the Assembly Floor. All other personnel may spectate from the surrounding upper floor.
Ethics Wing
A. All personnel may enter the Ethics Wing.
External Affairs Wing
A. All personnel may enter the first accessible room of the External Affairs Wing.
Internal Security Wing
A. All personnel may enter the first accessible room of the Internal Security Wing.

Crisis Command Center
Located on the second floor of the JFK entrance building.
A. When opened, all personnel may enter the Crisis Command Center and any rooms which they have clearance to enter.
B. In raids and containment breaches, the Crisis Command Center shall be locked down by Delta-1 and the Military Police. Only executive personnel and above, and the Manufacturing Department may enter.
§3. Class-D Containment Zone
A. Civil personnel must remain outside of areas with restricted markings. No civil personnel shall be in the Class-D housing area, except:
EC and AAC personnel observing combative conduct during normal protocol.
SRT personnel observing a roaming SCP during normal protocol.
ScD personnel when granted access via their rewards system.
EMS and MD personnel assisting combative personnel in maintaining CDCZ stability.
MD Psychology personnel observing SCP behaviors.
CMT personnel when conducting official duties.
SC-4 personnel during normal protocol.
SC-3 personnel during normal protocol while accompanied by Delta-1 or w/o an escort on the upper catwalks.
§4. Anomaly Containment Hub
The Anomaly Containment Hub contains the:
Light Containment Zone
Medium Containment Zone
Heavy Containment Zone
A. MTF unit Eta-9 has complete authority over the Anomaly Containment Hub. All Foundation Personnel, including other combatives, must comply with their instructions.
B. All personnel must enter and leave the hub through the designated checkpoint, subject to identification and search by combative personnel.
C. All personnel entering the Medium Containment Zone and Heavy Containment Zone must be identified and searched again by MTF or Eta-9.
D. No personnel may interact with any containment controls in the Medium or Heavy Containment Zones, except for the Mobile Task Forces.
E. No personnel may interact with any containment controls in the Light Containment Zone, except for the Military Police and Mobile Task Forces.
§5. Technical Sector
The Technical Sector contains the:
Hydroelectric dam
Subsurface levels
Warehouse
A. No civil personnel may enter the engineering building, warehouse or the elevator leading to the underground levels, except:
Engineering & Technical Services personnel.
SC-4 personnel during normal protocol.
EC and AAC personnel to handle Code of Ethics violations when MP is unavailable.
Foundation Personnel being escorted during official ETS tours.
EMS when attached to combatives, responding to a medical emergency or when requested.
B. No combative personnel may enter the aforementioned areas, except:
Military Police constables following internal regulations.
Mobile Task Forces when conducting their duties.
Delta-1 when guarding executives or when requested.
Eta-9 when anomalies are present or when requested.
Lambda-7 following internal regulations or when requested.
Security Department personnel when a Class-D is spotted inside.
C. Engineering & Technical Services are responsible for all operations within the Technical Sector, and use of any controls, terminals, or Technical Sector property is prohibited.
§6. Site Exterior
A. The site exterior is any area beyond the entrance checkpoint, which is connected to the roadway outside the Technical Sector by tunnel.
B. Civil personnel must not leave the facility and enter the site exterior under any circumstances.
C. Only Lambda-7 may patrol the site exterior during normal protocols, unless other combatives are requested by Lambda-7.
D. During raid protocol, all combatives may enter the site exterior under command of Lambda-7.
