Introduction
Purpose of the Code of Ethics

§1. Purpose & Scope
A. The Code of Ethics is the supreme law of the Foundation, containing all site-wide procedures and regulations.
B. Unless specifically established otherwise, the Code of Ethics applies to all departments, divisions, and/or any other official bodies within the Foundation.
§2. Effect & Enforcement
A. The contents within the Code of Ethics must be enforced by the Foundation's enforcement bodies according to jurisdiction laws.
The Ethics Committee High Command has the final say in the interpretation of the contents.
B. Department Command is required to ensure that all of their departmental policies and procedures comply with the Code of Ethics and must enforce this framework within the authority of their department.
B. The Ethics Committee and the O5 Council shall ensure that all applicable departments and subdivisions follow all procedures and regulations established within the framework.
§3. Amendments
A. The Ethics Committee is responsible for consistently maintaining the Code of Ethics. Amendments may only be made through the following bodies:
A simple majority vote from the O5 Council; or
A simple majority vote from the Ethics Committee.
B. Amendment proposals may be created by the Administrative Department, which is subject to review by the O5 Council after they are passed.
C. The O5 Council may overturn any amendment that the Ethics Committee publishes in the Code of Ethics.
D. Amendments to the Code of Ethics shall be recorded in the Amendment Changelog on the Homepage.
