Introduction

A. The Foundation budget shall be set on a quarterly basis--every three months.

B. The budget allocates funding for each department and other special purpose uses.

C. The Founders, under the advice of the Council, are responsible for determining the budget.

D. Department funding shall be determined by activity and interest, quarterly fund utilization, necessity for incentives, and the broader needs of the Foundation.

A. All funding is held in the main group treasury, and department use of remaining funds must be invoiced.

B. All invoices must be recorded and have an explicit purpose.

C. Any funds released must be utilized for the purpose which it was invoiced.

A. At the discretion of the Founders, departments may request emergency funding for special circumstances and events
