A. The High Crimes chapter governs definitions of penalties for crimes that betray public trust, erode the Foundation's integrity, or endanger and harm the Paragon community.
B. The Internal Security Department primarily handles investigations of high crimes
C. Abusing loopholes or technicalities to escape punishment for conduct reasonably assumed to be disallowed is prohibited.
D. There are no statute of limitations for high crimes.
Anyone who engages in targeted conduct which is persistent or abusive in nature, which deliberately annoys, alarms, disparages, or causes emotional distress in another is guilty of harassment.
First offense - minimum 14-day suspension.
Second offense - Foundation blacklist.
Anyone who knowingly exposes minors to sexual content or acts, engages in explicitly unwanted or illegal sexual conduct or discussion with or about another person, or coerces sexual favors from another by any means is guilty of sexual misconduct.
First offense - Foundation blacklist.
Anyone who threatens another individual with the release of potentially damaging, embarrassing, or personal information of any kind in order to obtain something in return is guilty of blackmailing.
First offense - minimum 14-day suspension, permanent command blacklist.
Anyone who knowingly provides false information under affirmation to an enforcement body (including the O5 Council) is guilty of perjury.
First offense - minimum 5-day suspension.
Second offense - minimum 14-day suspension.
Third offense - minimum 14-day suspension, permanent command blacklist.
Anyone who offers or accepts any form of influence, gifts, or currency to influence a command action, policy change, disciplinary action, or any other form of authority or discretion, is guilty of bribery.
First offense - minimum 14-day suspension, permanent command blacklist.
Second offense - Foundation blacklist.
Anyone who uses their official capacity to attempt to or succeed in using authority beyond the scope of their position and jurisdiction or uses authority for targeted illicit gain or disparagement of themself or others is guilty of abuse of power.
First offense - minimum 7-day suspension, 30-day command blacklist.
Second offense - permanent command blacklist.
Anyone who, with legitimate or illegitimate authority, conducts an act that directly or indirectly obstructs or alters due process or investigative, prosecutorial, or appellate proceedings is guilty of obstruction of justice.
First offense - minimum 5-day suspension, 30-day command blacklist.
Second offense - minimum 14-day suspension, permanent command blacklist.
Third offense and above - Foundation blacklist.
Anyone who intentionally discloses classified information as outlined in Part V, Chapter 1 is guilty of disclosing classified information.
Classification: Private & Internal - Departmental reprimand.
Classification: Confidential - minimum 14-day suspension.
Classification: Secret - Foundation blacklist.
Anyone who uses admin commands in a public server in an unauthorized manner, uses admin commands in a private server to disrupt an event, or to access teams or assets of classified nature (Acted SCPs, AA team, etc.), or uses Terminal commands unjustifiably is guilty of misuse of admin.
First offense - minimum 2-day suspension and/or department discipline.
Second offense - minimum 4-day suspension and/or 30-day command blacklist.
Third offense and above - minimum 7-day suspension and/or 90-day command blacklist.
Anyone who knowingly gives a false report of potential misconduct in any form to an authority, such as department command or enforcement, is guilty of false reports to an authority.
First offense - minimum 3-day suspension.
Second offense - minimum 5-day suspension, 30-day command blacklist.
Third offense and above - minimum 7-day suspension, 90-day command blacklist.
