Institutional Hierarchy

Executive Command

The Foundation’s day-to-day operations and proceedings are managed and coordinated by the Executive Command of the Foundation.  These individuals are senior-ranking command staff of various departments of the Foundation.

Executive Command is separated into two echelons, High Command and Central Command. High Command includes any position granting Security Class-3 clearance, often senior supervising and coordinating positions of their department. Central Command includes any position granting Security Class-4, often directing positions of their department.

As a collective, the Executive Command is responsible for the upkeep of their departments, coordination of joint operations and responsibilities, and proposing legislation and amendments to department policy.

Individuals serving in Executive Command are prohibited from holding a Junior Command or above position in other departments that count towards the Security Class-3+ limit.
